SMATV

SMATV, the acronym for Satellite Master Antenna Television, is in fact and in-house cable TV system that can cater to multiple dwellings in multi-storey buildings and housing blocks. It refers to a system that uses multiple satellite and broadcast signals to create a single integrated cable signal for distribution to a cabling network. SMATV system consists of a satellite dish and TV antennae to receive programming from satellite providers and local broadcast networks. These antennae feed into several racks of electronic equipment which tunes in the channels you choose for your cable lineup, and combines them into a single cable signal.

Smartvision undertakes SMATV installation from the construction stage itself by providing Autocad design and switching distribution design to suit individual needs. Components of reputed European brands are used for the system. These components give warranties ranging from two to five years and ensure trouble-free operations for several years. The greater advantages guaranteed by the system justify a marginally higher initial set-up cost.
